Fixed Deposits
Fixed deposits are high-interest-yielding term deposits we offer investors. Customers can avail loans against FDs up to 80 to 90 percent of the value of deposits. The rate of interest on the loan could be 1 to 2 percent over the rate offered on the deposit. A fixed deposit, or ‘FD‘, is a type of savings/investment account that promises the investor a fixed rate of interest. In return, the investor agrees not to withdraw or access their funds for a fixed period of time. In a fixed deposit investment, interest is only paid at the very end of the investment period.
Safety Deposit Boxes & Private Vaults
According to our Swiss Banking regulations, Delawells issues safety deposit boxes and private vaults that are self-regulated. The safest private vaults will also be fully underwritten and insured by established underwriters such as Lloyds of London. This means that the government of Switzerland or any other cannot simply seize premises and contents at will. We will usually only look for valid Photo ID and proof of address to rent a safe deposit box with us. This means we do not have access to any of your financial details and also that ultimately the only person who knows you have a safe deposit box and knows its contents is you.
Loan Facilities
We offer a credit line that a businesses can use to finance projects or for other purposes. A loan facility might be extended to a company from our bank if the company is deemed to be creditworthy and seems to have a valid purpose for requesting the facility.
